Can I Just Come To Camp Or Are There Specific Start Dates?
Our transformation programs are based on a monthly rotation. It's recommended that you enter during one of the start dates to get the most out of your experience. If you need to start in the middle of the month you can discuss options on how to best do this during your phone consultation.
If you pick a start date, but can't attend the first Monday or Wednesday, just shoot me an email. You can still do the course and get a training effect if you just miss one or two sessions. If you are chronically missing classes however, of course, that diminishes any results.

How Do I Register?

Each camp begins the first week of each month.
What Do I Need To Bring?
Optional but recommended:
* A water bottle
* A Foam Roller (you can get these at Target or any sporting goods store in the fitness/yoga section and these are also sold at our facility for $16)
What Do I Wear?
Comfortable, breathable clothing. Nothing so huge that we cannot observe your movement.
CLEAN sneakers, please do not track mud, dirt and pebbles into the facility. You can also train barefoot, this is why those who wear sneakers must not track debris into the facility. In the winter, we have a no outside shoes policy. If you wear them out in the snow/rain, they cannot be worn into the center.
To ensure you have the best training experience we do limit each camp to 25 members. If your not able to get in to that particular camp you're name will be placed to register for the next month's bootcamp.
What Is The Fitness Level Required For This Class?
These classes are pretty intense. These classes suit those who have had some level of sports or consistent athletic activity at some point in their lives. If you are rusty, or haven’t done anything in a long time, that is ok! I modify to fit all levels.
If you are 50+ pounds overweight, have severe joint issues or are highly uncoordinated, I recommend personal/ semi-private training as a way to get you started before entering a very intense program.
Bottom line – if you like to sweat, feel muscle burn and “get after
it,” there is a place for you at FastFit no matter where you are starting!
What time are the Bootcamp sessions?
Our bootcamp workouts run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You choose one of the
following times when you register: 6am, 7:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm. This deal
gives you access to all three days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday for
three consecutive weeks.
How long are the sessions?
These are 30-minute EXPRESS workouts but there is a 5-minute Mobility/Activation Circuit at the beginning and a 5-Minute Flexibility/Corrective Circuit at the end. To be safe, please allow 40 minutes, start to finish.
Can I Attend Different Class Times?
To avoid overcrowding you must select a time and attend only that time. If it is a one-time
occurrence (doctor’s appointment), we can usually accommodate, but this
is not guaranteed.
Can I Come All Three Days Per Week Or Do I Have To Select One Day?
Yes! The deal is for three days of class per week for three consecutive weeks. You must however, choose one time slot out of the four available during registration. If you can only make one or two of the classes per week, the daily deal is still a great value if you would like to try us out.
